Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Roam Ridge. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This confirms we have received your order.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders will be processed and shipped the same business day if received prior to 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time). Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within One business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Holiday & Peak Season Delays: Please allow extra processing time during holidays or peak sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). We will post any anticipated delays on our Homepage banner during these periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Domestic)

We offer flat shipping rates across USA.

Express (Two-day) 2 business days $29.95 Cut-off time applies (2:00 PM CST).
Express (Overnight) 1 business day $49.95 Cut-off time applies (2:00 PM CST).
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via trusted carriers including, but not limited to: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used depends on the product, size, and destination.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. A physical street address is required for all orders.

  • Special Handling & Freight Items:

    Products that are Hazardous, oversized, or overweight and require special handling or Truck Freight are subject to unique shipping methods and rates.

    • Final Shipping Costs for these items will be clearly displayed at checkout.

    • These items are not eligible for Free Standard Shipping or our fixed-rate Express Shipping options.

    • You will be notified during the checkout process if your order contains special freight items and will see the full, final cost before payment.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse.

  • The email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@roamridge.com

Damages, Loss, or Theft

  • Damages: If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 2 calendar days of the delivery date with clear photos of the damaged package and products. We strongly recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • If the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, it is considered received by our policy. Please check with neighbors or building management first.

    • If the package is lost or stolen, please contact us at help@roamridge.com within 2 calendar days of the last expected delivery date or the date marked as delivered for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received.

  • Note: Filing a claim with the carrier does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Each claim is reviewed by the carrier individually.

International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the Continental United States.
